We are now offering direct appointments with physiotherapists without the need to see a GP.
Under the first contact physiotherapist service, if you tell the receptionist you are looking for an appointment due to a musculoskeletal problem, such as joint or back pain (including arthritis) you will be offered an appointment with a physiotherapist.
We are delighted to be able to offer this service in partnership with our two fellow Fleetwood GP practices which will mean patients can be seen by a physiotherapist more quickly.
The physiotherapist will assess you and diagnose what’s happening, give expert advice on how to best manage your condition and refer you on to specialist services if necessary.
