To ensure the best, safe care for you and your family, this practice accepts non-urgent/routine online consultations requests or queries during opening hours (8am – 6.30pm)
The online service helps you to:
- Contact your GP if you feel unwell by requesting a same day or routine appointment
- Get help and advice by text, phone call or face to face
- Update/Information regarding a report request
- Prescription request
- Request a sick note
- Get your blood and scan results
- Request a home visit

For urgent help during opening hours, you should call the practice or call or visit NHS 111 online.
If it’s outside of practice opening hours (8am – 6.30pm), visit NHS 111 online, or call 111. In an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E.
Your NHS account
Use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app) to:
- Book or cancel a routine appointment (call the surgery for an urgent appointment)
- Order a repeat prescription
- Get your test results
- View your medical record
To set up your NHS account for the first time, you will need to set up an NHS login. Read about how to set up NHS login (nhs.uk).
Once you have set up your NHS login, you can log in to your NHS account or download the NHS App onto your phone.
Patient Access
There is now the facility for patients to order repeat prescriptions via this website. This is protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure.
To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code. Please contact Reception, who will be able to issue you with this. All new patients registering with us will automatically receive a logon and password.
